Most guests on Koh Samui are tourists, and most teams speak Thai. A POS from Bangkok or Europe rarely fits both. Pusher does:

  • 13 languages for guests and staff: English, Thai, German, French, Russian, Ukrainian, Hebrew, Hindi, Spanish, Italian, Swedish, Danish and Chinese. The guest reads the menu in their language, the kitchen gets the ticket in the language of the team.
  • Thai QR (PromptPay) opens right on the guest’s phone, so no card machine is needed for most bills.
  • Local support on WhatsApp. We are on the island. A question or a change? Send a message.
  • Live within a week. Send your menu and logo, or just your Google Maps link. We set it up with your colours.

How much does a POS system cost on Koh Samui?

With Pusher, the full Order System + POS and the smartphone version are priced per location, yearly or monthly with a minimum of 6 months. Prices are coming soon. Hosting, support and updates are included.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests scan the QR code on the table with the phone camera and the menu opens in the browser.

Does the POS accept Thai QR (PromptPay)?

Yes. Guests tap “Ask for the bill” and choose cash, card or Thai QR. With Thai QR the code opens on their phone. Bills can be split equally or by item.

Can I use my old iPad or receipt printer?

Yes. Pusher runs in the browser on iPad, Android tablets, phones, PC and Mac. Receipts print on any 80 mm receipt printer; on iPad it needs an AirPrint printer.

What happens if the internet drops?

Guests can still read the menu. On the staff side nothing gets lost: anything that couldn’t be sent goes out as soon as the connection is back.
